Series Vs Movies

 Why series are better than movies?

       Television or web series  are better written and presented that goes for a long time forcing of people to stay tuned with it. Web series can be given more time than any movie, to continue a plot at more realistic and rushed pace. It creates more comfortable sense of familiarity for the audience. 

      However with the tremendous growth of internet and social media , Web series has become a new source of entertainment. Web series these days are reaching great height than the movies. It has created a great interest among the youngsters. 

 

There are few reasons to know why series are better than movies

1. Hobby or pastime:

         Going to movies or watching a movie online can always be fun, more convenient and comforting to people.  Whereas what the TV shows can accomplish , is that same cozy feeling , with a addictive nature. It becomes a hobby as it is a reliable source of stable entertainment. Keeping up with shows is easier and watching it all the way through can often feel less daunting than always finding new movies to watch. 

2.Content wise

         If a show has the ability to  go on for more than three or five seasons, you are being given more room to tell a far greater story than the longest movies. It becomes a long  timepass without feeling a time skip. 

               It makes relevant growth of audience and more characters can be given screen time which can lead to far connections and more stories. 

3. Less restrictions 

           Creating a believable and satisfied  content with lots of dark , love , emotions or gritty subject is a great challenge in its own, and also restrained by what to show and what can't be shown. Whereas movies can be explicit as they want ,where the actual challenge of getting more theatres with hard rating makes it a bit complicated. 

            Series like the Game of thrones , Dark,  Money heist   have shown a hard rating with less restrictions. It does not require a huge theatre and still it has a lot of fan base.  These series have gone over more than three seasons with a massive rate of audience

             Due to the growth of modern technology it has become easier to watch the your favourite series from anywhere at anytime. With so much content out on so many different medium. With these webseries , we have seen nearly every genre of sci-fi,  drama, fantasy and any other genre in various languages.

To conclude

               Web series has created a really great impact among the youngsters that have become a source of entertainment than movies. 

             Although the web series is  growing at a faster pace , movies also have a  huge audience . But Series still are better than movies as it has authentic,  fresh and creative content with a long time story.
